Tessie joined the ZAG team in 2016 with past experience in higher education, fundraising, project management, and online learning. She oversees the operations, budget, digital initiatives, analytics, reporting and project management at ZAG.

Using the organizational and workflow strategies that she has developed over the past 10 years, she ensures that clients budgets and timelines are met, as well as ensuring excellent user experiences for customers.  She holds a BBA degree in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration.
