The Ask

FIU Online partnered with ZAG Creates to generate qualified leads for its portfolio of fully online undergraduate and graduate programs. The university’s core goal is to successfully increase brand awareness and awareness of its programs, generate leads, and increase enrollments for these online offerings. Particularly transfer students, working adults, and career-advancers through targeted, high-impact creative and digital strategy. 

To support lead generation efforts, ZAG worked closely with FIU to align on content needs and campaign execution. Together, we set out to build a commercial series that could live across Facebook, YouTube, Meta, and Connected TV (CTV), while also supporting broader paid media efforts across search and social.

What We Did

To support FIU Online’s lead generation goals, ZAG Creates developed and executed a performance-driven digital strategy that combined content creation with paid media execution. We produced a high-impact commercial series designed to resonate with key audiences, including transfer students, adult learners, and career-advancers—ensuring each video spoke directly to their unique motivations and goals.

The commercial content was created for cross-platform use, with strategic placements across Meta, YouTube, Connected TV, and more. We worked closely with the FIU Online team to align creative development with campaign objectives, ensuring content was not only visually compelling but performance-ready.

We also executed paid search and social media campaigns focused on lead generation, optimizing ad performance through continual testing, targeting, and data analysis. Together, these efforts helped amplify awareness, boost engagement, and drive qualified leads to FIU Online’s undergraduate and graduate programs.
